Managing Director
David has worked in the sector since 1990 initially with DeLonghi and since 2006 within UPN. Outside work – Animal Lover, Family man”, Sports fan
Andrew Knowles
Regional Director
Andrew has worked in logistics since 1979, firstly
with Atlas Express, from 1986 TNT, from 1995 Target Express, from 2006 Fortec, before
joining UPN in 2015. Outside work – Proud Grandparent, Keen follower of F1 and sport in
general
Kevin Nightingale
Regional Director
Kevin has worked in logistics since 1978 and
joined UPN in 2015 having worked in several Senior Management positions. Outside work –
Family man, Golfer, Football Fan
Craig Perkins
Regional Director
Craig has worked in Logistics since 1997. Firstly with Target Express, then Initial Citylink,
then from 2014 DX Group before joining UPN in 2023. Outside work – Multirange Sports

Mark Drobka
Regional Director
Mark has worked in logistics since 1986 with
Roadline/National Carriers, Lynx Express, Fedex, Palletforce, Pallet Track, and since 2020
within UPN. Outside work – Family Man, Ska/Punk lover, Football Fan.
Bob Delaney
Business Development Director
Bob started in 1980 with parcel company Elan International and in pallet networks in 2000 joining Palletways before moving on to senior roles with Palletforce and TPN.
Outside of work Bob is a family man who enjoys watching Aston Villa and country walks with his Staffordshire bull Terrier

Andrew has worked in the sector since 1978 with
A.G.Lowe & Sons, Weaver Transport Services, and Weaver Pallet Express and since 2006
within UPN. Outside work – Equestrian, Family Man, Football Fan
Geoff Allard
Financial Director
Geoff is ex-forces and served our country on several
tours. He became ACCA qualified in 2001 and joined UPN in 2008.Outside work – Keen
Cyclist, Family Man, Rugby Fan
